Shipping information
At Orthodox Shop "Agios" we strive to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your orders. For all deliveries within Bulgaria we use the services of the courier company Speedy .
Free delivery for all orders over 100 BGN to a Speedy office/APS or to an address.
Delivery methods and times
Delivery to address: Your order will be delivered directly to the address you provided. Delivery time is usually 1-2 business days after the shipment is sent.
Delivery to a Speedy office or ATM (APS): You can choose to receive your shipment from a Speedy office or ATM (APS) convenient for you. This gives you the flexibility to pick up your order at a time that is convenient for you. The delivery time to an office/APS is usually 1-2 business days after the shipment is sent.
Order processing
Orders placed by 3:00 PM on a business day are usually processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are shipped the next business day. (From 10/27/2025 to 11/07/2025, orders placed on a business day will be shipped the next business day.)
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the first following business day.
Shipping cost
Delivery to a Speedy/APS office: 6.00 BGN (3.07 €).
Delivery to address: 8.00 BGN (4.09 €).
Important information
Please make sure you provide an accurate and complete delivery address, as well as a current phone number to contact the courier.
In the event of a delivery failure, the courier will usually contact you for a second attempt or leave a notice for collection from an office.
"View" option: All shipments are sent with a "View" option. Please take advantage of this option before accepting and paying for the shipment. In case of any damage or discrepancies, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
